Originally a Professional Swimmer and Finswimmer, I am now a guest lecturer in MSc Exercise & Nutrition Sciences at University of Chester including Sports Nutrition, Performance Enhancement and Science of Weight Control modules while at the same time supervising dissertations for undergraduate and Masters students.
